The pilot program is a structured start for teams that want to validate a concrete internal process on Kumiko, not a “free trial for everyone”.
What you get:
- Use-case review: fit or no fit
- ~3-week setup sprint: first app on your instance or our pilot environment
- 3 months of guidance: business + IT can decide quickly if it sticks
- Code in your repo, not a black-box service
What we expect:
- A clear first use case (asset tracker, workflow, inventory, status page, …)
- Someone technical on your side who can run a pilot seriously
- Case-study rights if it works, with veto on every sentence
