We're taking 3–5 pilot customers: joint setup sprint, 3 months of guidance, honest reference story with veto rights. For teams with a concrete internal use case.
The pilot program isn’t “free trial for everyone” — it’s a structured start for teams that want to validate a concrete internal process on Kumiko.
What you get:
- Use-case review — honest fit/no-fit call
- ~3-week setup sprint: first app on your instance or our pilot environment
- 3 months of guidance: business + IT can decide quickly if it sticks
- Code in your repo, not a black-box service
What we expect:
- A clear first use case (asset tracker, workflow, inventory, status page, …)
- Someone technical on your side who can run a pilot seriously
- Reference rights if it works — with veto on every sentence
