Important workflows often still live across spreadsheets, email and disconnected tools. Complaints, maintenance, customer portals and operations differ, but the pattern is usually the same: information gets lost, ownership is unclear and no one sees the whole process in one place.
We build the application around that workflow. You do not have to adapt your business to a standard product.
Kumiko makes that practical: users, permissions, search, documents, notifications and traceable changes are not rebuilt for every project. Your time and budget go into the part that actually makes your work different.
The technical foundation still matters: your application and data remain under your control. Kumiko is publicly inspectable, self-hostable and built on a lean TypeScript, Bun and Postgres stack instead of a closed platform or unnecessarily heavy infrastructure.
