PublicStatus is live on publicstatus.eu
PublicStatus now runs on publicstatus.eu with a new design, uptime charts built from hourly and daily buckets, down and recovery alerts in Slack, Discord, Teams and Telegram, and consumer protection for paid plans.
PublicStatus is now served from publicstatus.eu. The admin and the sign-in pages live under publicstatus.eu/a. The old /admin and sign-in paths on that host redirect there, and the app and the Astro site share the domain through the cluster ingress.
The public status page, the admin and the auth pages have a new design. The status page opens with a headline and a live panel, then shows a 24 hour timeline per service, incident stories with their progress, and planned maintenance. Admin and auth pages have a light and a dark mode. Each status page also gets a server-rendered Open Graph card and a favicon that follows the current status.
Uptime monitoring got a better data basis. Every status change of a component is recorded as an interval, so charts can be rebuilt from the event history. The monitor detail shows 24 hour, 7 day and 30 day charts from hourly, six-hourly and daily buckets, with the worst status and the share of time without an outage.
Tenant admins can now send down and recovery alerts to Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams or Telegram. The webhook URL or bot token goes into the tenant’s secret store, and the alert channel only keeps the provider and a connection name. Chat alerts are part of the paid plans, from Starter up. The four channels are bundled features of the framework, described in the delivery chat channels guide.
Paid plans now follow consumer-protection rules. Checkout asks for consent against the terms, shows the small-business VAT note and the operator address, and the cancellation pages at /legal/cancel and /legal/kuendigen work without a login.
Confirmation and data-access emails to subscribers follow the language of the page the visitor used, and a waitlist form on the home page collects interest.
